This project is not only a workspace. But it is also part of our family, because with each person who comes to Palú we seek to connect with their essence and their inner self, in order to generate openness of consciousness and an elevation of energy frequencies. Thus; not only the person who arrives, but also we as a family in Palú, we find physical and emotional changes in our lives. Since there is an exchange of knowledge, experiences and energies between the people living in Palú (who are a father, two sisters and an uncle) and the new being who wants to share in this space.
It should be noted that here in Palú, several projects are being developed, such as; Vermiculture, beekeeping, bird watching, meditative, contemplative and relaxation spaces, species maintenance, among others. Which are aimed at human ecology. Some of these are already completed and others are in process.

Accommodation
You can stay in any of the spaces we have, which are friendly buildings with the ecosystem. Equipped with comfort and comfort (bed, blankets, bathroom and desk) We seek to teach you a new type of diet, where you really nourish and feed yourself. In this way, at the beginning of the day, we drink a glass of hot water with honey and lemon, in order to raise our defenses. Then we have a glass of smoothie with diuretics, cereals, fries, vegetables and vegetable proteins. At noon we eat a hello of Sampa (non-perishable food, which contains the 7 grains) with a glass of juice or yogurt (without sugar). In the afternoon we have lunch and in the evening a meal.

In your free time, you will be able to carry out the activities that are of your interest; We have great trails for walking, jogging or mountain biking. It is also a very quiet place if it guides you towards some kind of artistic expression, if you like cooking we also have industrial and wood-burning ovens and stoves.
