    Description

We live on a 100-acre property situated in the beautiful Towamba Valley, on the Sapphire Coast (Southern NSW Coast) near the tiny hamlet of Burragate. The nearest town to us is Wyndham which is about 15 km away and along the coast, the towns of Eden, Merimbula and Pambula, all approximately between 35-45 km. They all offer pristine beaches for diving, swimming and surfing. As we are slightly removed from town, your own transport would be ideal. Alternatively, if you do not have a car, we would be happy to collect you from the bus stop in Pambula. Someone in the family regularly travels to town, so there are opportunities of catching lifts.

We are looking for assistance with our regenerative farm and managing our goats.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

This is an opportunity for you to be part of a regenerative farming family. While sharing your knowledge and skills with us, we will be keen to share our farming journey and how we believe we are making a difference by healing our soil through planned grazing and regenerative farming principles.

If you are interested in working and learning about Goats, then this is the place to be. They are not only friendly and inquisitive but are super intelligent. We maintain and insist upon a “stress-free environment” for our animals and they are therefore trusting and very calm. On shearing days, it is all hands on deck, and mid - September and October are around the clock busy times with ‘kidding season’ bringing the arrival of many newborn goats (kids).

This will also be an opportunity to further your English skills, if English is your second language.
