Description
I lived the last 20 years in Bahía de Caraquez where I survived with my family the 2016 earthquake, but covid put on hold all plans to build sustainable community, so I focus on the beach house my dad left when he passed away 16 years ago, it's one hour drive from big city Guayaquil, it's in a private surraunded community near Salinas city call Capaes, has two big apartments for rent each with 4 bedrooms, plus 2 bedroom suite, one block from the beach, has private security 24/7, tennis court, beach tennis, and small lagoon for swim and relax. It's amazing place to live, 5 minutes by bike to the regional bus station, shopping mall and banks, so it's like living in paradise but really close to everything.

You can learn so many things like gardening, cooking (I'm italian family), water sports like surfing, paddle board, spearfishing, there's so many things to do around here, plus we have 30 minutes drive a multicultural and famous town Montañita.
Help
I live alone with my girlfriend so I prefer a couple of girls to live in the house, because I travel a lot and many times she is alone, but couples or energy if flows we are welcome always to good vibes, that's why we don't accept couples we don't know or single men, the house need take care, the gardens, and have it pristinely for the people that rent, plus taking care / shared social media when is needed, help with the startup of the project.

Accommodation
The house is well made by italian engineers, concrete with steel, more than 520 m2 of construction, has lots of space to have a great time.
as part of the learning of consciousness and preventing and illness we do fasting everyday and eat breakfast at noon and a big diner at night

We have lots of places to around to visit walking like the restaurant hotel in the beach farallón dillon, cycling there's many places to visit like Santa Elena, Ballenita or punta Blanca, and by car there's Salinas city, montañita, or Olon, there's so many lovely beach towns down the coast, it's beautiful.
