Description
Family of three in North Vancouver are seeking house/dog sitters for two weeks, March 25-April 10. The house is a block off the busy Lonsdale Street, where most everything is in walking distance or easily accessible by transit. We live in a neighborhood where we know all our neighbours, and you may well get invited for coffee or dinner!

Animal CareCultural exchange and learning opportunities
My building is co-housing, which means everyone who lives in it has made the choice to want to know their neighbours, and do activities together/have shared meals sometimes. We help each other other and can be like an extended family to each other, as most of our families live in other cities or even other countries. It’s a pretty cool place to spend time. Plus we have lots of walking paths and forest space around which is great for going on walks with the dogs.
Help
The dogs are small , mixed breed cuties rescued from the streets of Mexico. I’m seeking a dog sitter for my two small Mexican rescue dogs. They are very loving and love to cuddle and play in the house, but one is not into most things that move when on walks, and will bark aggressively/in fear, and they both bark loudly and with vigor when someone comes to the door/in the house. If you’re up to that challenge, are not at all fearful of dogs, have lived with dogs, and are mature and reliable, please message me. The dates are March 25-April 10, but you could arrive in the next week, if you are looking for free accommodation.
There is no fenced yard, so the dogs need to be taken out on leash in the morning between 7 and 9, then a few hours later between 11 and 2, sometime around 5-7 and between 9 to 10, with one of those walks being 40-60 minutes, but the rest can be just enough to stretch their legs and do their business.Languages spoken

This is a daily commitment from March 25-April 10. The actual care of the dogs takes about 2-3 hours a day, but they will adore as many hours or minutes of cuddling as you can provide.
