We can provide an individual bedroom with exclusive bathroom and internet access. Meals: breakfast and dinner.
My wife and I work freelance, so we have variable schedule during the week. Our kids are a boy (17y) and a girl (14y). They go to school in the morning from March to December.

Non smoking house!What else ...
From our house is possible to get public transportation taxi or bus) to get the metro (20min) and from there go to every place in Santiago. We live in Peñalolén municipality, near the public park "Quebrada de Macul".
From our house to downtown is about 1 hour, and public transportation works up to 9-10pm in our zone.
We live in a very quiet and isolated area, not too close to any supermarkets or malls, but there is still plenty to do here. You can hike into the Andean foothills, which start right next to the house. You can also visit the Cousiño-Macul vineyard, take a tour and sample some famous Chilean wine.A little more information
