  Description

  We are Jaime and Erika, husband and wife for 7 years.
  We plant vegetables and aromatics organically, we do vermicomposting and composting, we produce the garden for self-consumption and we do organic farming for sale of the final product. We are convinced that it is possible to live from a circular production system where waste is minimal, and where we can learn day by day from nature. Back to the essentials, back to the simple.
  We love to learn new things and lovingly teach the little we have learned from nature.
  
  We do not have people directly working all the time, we hire workers near the village according to some specific need but not all the time.
  
  We are at 2000 meters above sea level, an average temperature of 18c in the south of Valle del Aburra in Antioquia - Colombia. We offer a room with an individual bathroom for people who want to join us in vegetable gardening, gardening, agriculture or teach us about these topics.
  
  Caldas is a city very close to the Antiqueña capital Medellín, but with the benefits of green and nature. There are many streams, roads and trails for bird watching, meeting farmers in the area, visiting the Caldas park, eating freshly milked milk cheeses, learning more about the Paisa culture, in October the downpour festivities are celebrated.

  Somos Jaime y Erika, esposos desde hace 7 años.
  Nos plantulamos hortalizas y aromáticas de forma orgánica, hacemos vermicompostaje y compostaje, producimos el huerto para auto consumo y hacemos cultivo orgánicos para venta del producto final. Estamos convencidos que es posible vivir de un sistema productivo circular donde el desperdicio sea mínimo, y donde podamos aprender día a día de la naturaleza. Volver a lo esencial, volver a lo simple.
  
  No tenemos personas directo trabajo todo el tiempo, contratamos trabajadores cerca de la vereda según alguna necesidad especifica pero no todo el tiempo.
  
  Nos encanta aprender cosas nuevas y enseñar con mucho cariño lo poco que hemos aprendido de la naturaleza.
  
  Estamos a 2000 MSNM, una temperatura promedio de 18c en el sur Del Valle del Aburra en Antioquia - Colombia. Ofrecemos una habitación con baño individual para personas que desean acompañarnos en labores de huerta, jardineria, agricultura o enseñarnos sobre estos temas.
  
  Caldas es una ciudad muy cerca a la capital Antiqueña Medellín, pero con los beneficios del verde y la naturaleza. Abundan las quebradas, los caminos y senderos para hacer avistamiento de aves, conocer campesinos de la zona, conocer el parque de Caldas, comer quesos de leche recién ordeñada, conocer más de la cultura paisa, en octubre se celebran las fiestas del aguacero.

  Help

  We want to share with people who love nature and respect it. Willing to share knowledge about organic agriculture, compost or gardening. We are also interested in knowing about different cultures, languages and others.
  
  We are interested in receiving help in the orchard, various field jobs, planting and building elements for the orchard, adaptations for the roads. In short, everything that is useful in a country space. We do not have cattle or animals in large proportions

  Nos interesa compartir con personas que amen la naturaleza y la respeten. Dispuestos a compartir conocimiento sobre agricultura orgánica, compost o jardineria. También nos interesa conocer sobre distintas culturas, idiomas y demás.
  
  Estamos interesados en recibir ayuda en el huerto, oficios varios del terrero, sembrar y construir elementos para el huerto, adaptaciones para los caminos. En fin todo lo que sea útil en un espacio campestre. No tenemos ganado, ni animales en grande proporciones

  We live far from the city and the nearest town is 6 kilometers away. In the city there are many things to visit and learn how to ride the Metro, museums, libraries and others. In our sector you can go on ecological walks, visit streams, fly kites, camp, read under the shade of a tree and other outdoor activities.

  Vivimos retirados de la ciudad y el pueblo más cercano está a 6 kilómetros. En la ciudad hay muchas cosas por visitar y conocer cómo montar en Metro, museos, bibliotecas y demás. En nuestro sector se puede hacer caminatas ecológicas, visitar quebradas, elevar cometas, acampar, leer bajo la sombra de un árbol y demás actividades al aire libre.
