  • Description

    Hello potential workawayers!
We are a family in a beautiful part of Israel called the Golan Heights and we would love some help.
Having a farm and home there are projects that need attention because we are often occupied and thus would appreciate your help as a workawayer. As many people know farm life is busy and there is always things to do. Our place needs constant maintenance so we will always have fun and meaningful projects to be done around the house and farm.
We are based in a moshav (farm community) and our business is all about horses and their needs as well as leather products.

You will most of all be experiencing a beautiful part of Israel, the Golan Heights.
It boasts it's beautiful landscape and ancient history sites alongside the peaceful walks and hikes. Mount Hermon can be seen in a distance and depending on the season it may even be capped with snow. There are natural springs in the area that cool you down after a day of work, and after a little stroll it will get you to them while you rest under the wild fig trees. The Golan is filled with agriculture and if you love walking amongst orchards picking fresh fruit then it's all here! There is reliable transport by bus to get to the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) and its surrounds. Go for a swim and take walks on the trails as well as to the view points that overlook it and watch the tranquil breath taking sunsets. There are also wineries very close to the area for wine tasting. Should you wish to hop onto a horse we happen to have years of experience and can treat you to that. There is also a great community within the moshav that you can meet and should you wish to take a short walk you can experience the difference of culture and community. Should you be here on the festivals you will be welcomed with open arms to join and experience them.
Experience a love and the peace and quiet of the Golan Heights.
