  • Description

We’re a small community living in an ecological farm located 30 mins drive south of Tel-Aviv.

We have a young food forest which was started on 2015, beautiful strawbale mudhouse which used to be an old chicken coop.

We share an outdoor kitchen, living room showers and other communal areas like sitting corners, campfire place and other places to be. We cook together and eat together most of the time. Our kitchen in mostly vegan. We don’t have smokers in the community, but there is a smokers corner for those that need it.

Sometimes there are activities here: yoga, meditation, sharing circles, dance classes and some other workshops (during summer time we have less activities).

We believe that each person has something to teach, and from time to time we gather to do classes or workshops, either by a community member or a volunteer.

We have a shared kitchen and we buy the food together cheaply. We all share the costs of food, electricity, internet, water, etc. We'd be happy if you could do the same, and pay 5$ for each day. However if this is a problem for you we will work it out.

Feel free to contact us with any question or concern you have, we like communicating!

  • Help

We’re in a special time of transformation here. Although this place has been in existence for 6 years now, lately we've had to take down some structures and remodel existing ones, so at the moment things are a bit messier than usual.

We invite people who can be independent and take responsibility on a project of their liking. There are many opportunities to do here, from building furniture, building a tree-house, weeding the food forest, preserving food, cooking, creating an outside dance floor, help organizing and planning the place, etc.

Summertime is also a time to take it easy. It’s pretty hot to work outside during the middle of the day, so it’s a good time to talk, to develop and share ideas, and do activities that connect us to nature.

  • Accommodation

We highly encourage folks to bring a tent and sleep under the stars in the food forest (its best weather wise and also you have more privacy). If you want an indoor space there are shared rooms you can sleep in, as you wish. We provide mattresses and bedding. We also have plenty of towels and provide shampoo and soap as well. The kitchen, living room, and showers are all outdoors. We also have compost toilets. The day time here is spent outdoors or in the strawbale space.
