This is a nested high up on the hills of San Juan and boasts a resort style swimming pool with jaw dropping views of nightly sunsets on the Pacific Coast. This is complimented by the wide variety of things to do in the small town and surrounding areas; some of the best parties and best surf in Central America are found here in San Juan. We always try our best to maintain a family dynamic with our staff/volunteers and are looking for people who want to be part of a family, but also have a strong work ethic, want to contribute to making the hostel better, and know how to entertain/maintain a fun atmosphere.
We currently have five locally employed staff: Shuttle driver/maintenance personnel, cooking/cleaning and security personnel. In addition we contract out a large amount of larger tasks to the local trade-workers.
