    Description

We started the building of the eco project early 2022. I have a 3500m2 land 300 meters from an amazing surf spot in El Transito, Nicaragua.
We created 3 wood buildings which have ocean views.
From August 2023, the place became fully functional. From December 2025, we stopped welcoming guests with a full management and put the property for rent, looking for partnership.

So the Volunteer positions can happen time to time.

The buildings have no walls to offer a different experience and to connect with nature. We didn't push on the permaculture side, we have dry toilets and use as fertilizer and we have a natural filter for the water used in the kitchen.

2 Dry toilets, 2 showers without roof, 1 shared kitchen.

About me... I'm a French born in 83, make your calculations:P
Originally from Paris. I have been planning this project since 2016 and made my dream happen. I see this project as a school, first for myself, then for all people that join me in this crazy adventure !

Please contact us by email or phone prior to your arrival. This is so we can check our schedule and for you to get all the term, conditions and important information !!

What a casual working day with us :

We ask 3 hours of work during the morning, 7-10 am from Monday to Friday
FREE afternoon / evening + weekend
Food is on the charge of the Volunteer(s)
