Description
We are living in a beautiful rural location only 40 minuites from Cork City.
Closest bus stop is 5km away from here.
Our Site is now a yurt holiday camp, Inch Hideaway, hosting up to 32 people at busy time during the summer.
We have 5 yurts a double decker bus and communal facilities on 2 acres of land.
Our busy time will start from June until August but we will be working most of the year on the gardens and improvments to the place.
During your stay we will be doing a range of different jobs from cleaning and turn overs, clearing the gardens, planting vegetables and looking after our animals. There will be various building and maintance jobs to be done and then during the busier times of the summer we will need help cleaning the yurts and doing the laundry (a lot of laundry!)
We are looking for independent singles or couples to stay as we only have one caravan we dont have accomidation for more than that.
So we are looking for people who are willing to get stuck in and who are just generally handy. You will be staying in a caravan while you're here and some nights you will get the opportunity to stay in a yurt if we need to keep the fires burning.
We will be expecting an average of 6hr day from you but if you are willing to do more we are very flexable with giving you plenty of time to explore the area.
We will eat lunch and dinner together and provide you with what you need for breakfast.
We usually ask for our privacy in the evenings after wash up is done.
From our site you can walk 15 mins to Inch Beach, a gem in east cork. There is plenty of activities to get involved in such as surfing, kayaking, hiking. I also have plenty of bikes if you dont have transport, the shop is 5kms away. The local bus also goes from here to Cork City
The closest shop is 5 km away.
