Description
We are living in East Cork, 40 minutes from Cork City.
Closest bus stop and shop are 5km away from here.
Our Site is now a yurt holiday camp, Inch Hideaway, hosting up to 32 people at busy time during the summer.
We have 5 yurts a double decker bus and communal facilities on 2 acres of land.
Our busy time will start from June until August but we will be working most of the year on the gardens and improvements to the place.
During your stay we will be doing a range of different jobs mainly cleaning the site and turn overs, weeding the gardens, planting vegetables and looking after our animals and checking in guests during the summer.
There will be some building and maintenance jobs to be done and then during the busier times of the summer we will need help cleaning the yurts and doing the laundry (a lot of laundry!)
We are looking for independent singles or couples as we only have one caravan.
We don't have accommodation for more than that.
Ideal candidates are workawayers with their own campervan or vehicle.
We will be expecting an average of 6hr work a day, weather dependant.
We pay €12.70 x hour
We will eat lunch together and you'll provide for yourselves for breakfast and dinner.
We usually ask for our privacy in the evenings after the work day is done.
It's a hard working environment so if you're concerned of damaging your nails or getting your white shoes dirty we warmly suggest to look for another experience.
