    Description

My old bungalow and garden needs a bit of work, especially outside. I'm located in Blacklion, County Cavan, next to the UK border. Surrounded by lakes and hills, rivers and mountains. Blacklion is a little village in a beautiful area. I am a single guy trying to renovate and improve the house and garden and looking for a bit of help. The sooner the better.
No smokers, vegetarians or dogs please.

I am English and can help with English and anything English-related. I will help with transport. We can explore the local area together and visit local towns, pubs, etc. I know about all things electric and IT. I can teach you to ride a motorbike, some programming, electrics, basic cooking, electronics, etc. I'd like to learn some yoga.

Mostly garden work, digging, shifting stuff, maybe some painting, DIY and outside plumbing work, concreting, fencing, depending on the skills and experience of the helper. We will mostly be working together and hopefully learning new things.

There is a local bus to neighbouring towns and cities, Sligo and Enniskillen.

I have a car and motorbikes and bicycles available.

    Strictly no smoking or dogs.

This area is a GeoPark so there are some lovely places to see and hike to. The local attraction are the Marble Caves.

There are children's playgrounds nearby, two lakes and a river are just a walk away. Sligo and Carrick-on-Shannon are 45 minutes drive.

Belcoo, the neighbouring UK village, is a short walk away.

There are two small supermarkets, two petrol stations with shops, a butcher's, pharmacy, off-licence, a very very expensive restaurant and a take-away and some other restaurants. A café, four pubs, tourist information centre, post office, doctor's surgery with a nurse, and other businesses too.
