  Description

  More than 20 years ago, my wife and me aquired, a 1600 square meter garden with olive and citrus trees and a beautiful view over the valley. Over the years I planted a lot of trees and terraced the slope. It was always important to use natural building materials.
  
  In the beginning we used the place for our holydays but the last five years I lived with my family here. My wife and son now live back in Berlin for school and are only here on vacation. Therefore I am spend the most time alone here. It took me a while to realise that it's boring to work in the garden all by myself. There is a small wooden house on the property next to the main house, which I use for guests. This gives me enough space to accommodate volunteers.
  
  I like natural building materials. I also only use natural fertilizers and no pesticides in the garden.

  I myself was born in Berlin, but I have enjoyed traveling all my life. I have been a scuba diver since my youth and have lived and worked as a diving instructor in the Philippines. I am interested about all cultures of the world. So everybody is welcome. I
  I don't specialize in craftsmanship, but I can do a bit of many things: Carpenter, electrician, working with natural stones, plumbing and gardening. I love learning new things from my guests. I live by the motto that you never stop learning.

  Help

  In a big garden ist always something to do. such as planting, cleaning and harvesting.
  Beside of this realize small building projects and in the garden. The focus is on natural building materials such as stone and wood. I also very interested about clay but still no experience.
  I myself am an all-rounder. I enjoy working with wood and building walls and paths out of natural stone. I also have skills with domestic electrics and plumbing. I am happy to pass on my knowledge but also love to learn new things. I value a relaxed and informal atmosphere at work. The work should be fun.
  
  24 hours working in a week. I am open about the dispersion. It also depends a little bit about the weather conditions.

  I am not a really genius about languages. Due to my traveling and work as a Scuba Dive Instructorin the Philippines my English is fluent but not perfect. Of course my German is very good, I am native speaker. Unfortunately my turkish is very basic

  Accommodation

  A wooden house with approx. 50 square meters of living space is available (studio type). The house has its own kitchen and bathroom. There is a 160x200 cm bed in the gallery. In the living area there is a couch which can be converted into a sofa bed. From May to November you can also use the 9.5 x 4.0 meter pool.
  
  Two bicycles are available for use, but we have very steep mountains here. The way down into the valley is very easy, the way up is correspondingly difficult to ride and only something for really sporty people.

  What else ...

  The area offers excellent hiking trails. The famous Lycian Hiking Trail passes nearby. In the hinterland there are the Taurus Mountains with peaks up to 3000 meters high. The sandy beach of Adrasan is 7 kilometers away. The region of Lycia has many archaeological excavations to discover. The ancient city of Olympos is about 10 km away.
  There are many good routes in the area for people who like climbing.
  The place is ideal for people who like to live in nature.

  The house is outside of the village so the Internet is provided via the mobile phone network. We have a flatrate, so its no limit about the data. Its normaly good enough to see a movie on netflix. But do not expect the speed of a DSL connection.
