  Description

  I am a former professional dancer, I am currently dedicated to Chinese medicine and practice Ayurvedic medicine.
  I live in Puerto Vallarte in a beautiful place facing the sea.
  I find myself unable to have good mobility due to knee surgery and I offer room and board in exchange for supporting me with food preparation and helping me with my daily physical therapy. Food preparation is mainly my needs at th emoment. I also require a little help in my online work. I offer a private room with bathroom and large terrace with sea views. The building has a swimming pool and the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

  Help

  I need help with food preparation and support with physiotherapy. I don't need a physiotherapist, I just need support with passing the balls and rubber bands. I do my physiotherapy alone and go to a centre 3 times a week. I also need to add content to my pages for my small Ayurvedic medicine business.
  
  Requiero de apoyo con preparación de alimentos y apoyo con la fisioterapia. No necesito un fisioterapeuta, solo necesito apoyo con pasarme las pelotas y las ligas. Yo hago mi fisioterapia solo y acudo a un centro una vez a la semana
  Tambien necesito agregar contenido a mis paginas de mi pequeña empresa de medicina ayurvédica

  I offer 3 meals a day and Ayurvedic herbal medicinal teas. Large bed with private bathroom and toilet .
  2 times a week 2 Cleaning women come for whole department cleaning as well of personal clothes 1 time a week. Yoga area and pool Huge terrace with sea view Beach 10 minutes from my house
