  ​Hello! My name is Israel, and I'm a sculptor and painter of monumental art with a deep passion for the beauty and harmony of nature. I've dedicated my life to creating and have been fortunate enough to install over 40 of my monumental works in public spaces around the world. Currently, my focus is on creating new life-size pieces for interior spaces in my private creative development studio here in Badalona, ​​near Barcelona. I'm looking for someone to share my lifestyle, artistic routine, workspace, and many experiences with. My main goal is cultural exchange and language practice (especially English and French). Free accommodation is available. I offer a private room in my home in Badalona, ​​a quiet and comfortable place.

  En este momento mi enfoque es la creación de nuevas piezas en tamaño natural para espacios interiores en mi taller privado de desarrollo creativo aquí en Badalona, cerca de Barcelona.
  ​Busco a alguien con quien compartir mi estilo de vida, rutina artistica, mi espacio de trabajo y muchas experiencias. Mi objetivo principal es el intercambio cultural y la práctica de idiomas (especialmente inglés y francés).

  The tasks include: Assisting with artistic work, collaborating on designs, using hand tools, hand modelling and painting, and creating audiovisual material for social media. Workshop Organisation: Helping with cleaning and organising my tools and materials. Maintaining a functional workspace.
  
  ​​💰 Wage Proposal and Conditions (SMI 2026)
  ​To ensure a fair and legal exchange according to Spanish regulations, I have updated the conditions for my upcoming season (starting March 2026):
  ​Wage: I offer a payment based on the projected National Minimum Wage (SMI) for 2026 in Spain.
  ​Calculation: Payment is guaranteed for every hour of collaboration. Taking the current standards and the 2026 projection as a reference, the payment will be €40.23 gross per day (or the proportional amount per hour worked).
  
  ​Accommodation: Accommodation in a private room is provided free of charge.
  ​Meals: As this is a paid position, each Workawayer is responsible for their own food expenses (although we can always share a coffee or an occasional meal as part of the cultural exchange).

  ​Salario: Ofrezco un pago basado en el Salario Mínimo Interprofesional (SMI) previsto para 2026.
  ​Cálculo: Se garantiza el pago por cada hora colaborada. Tomando como referencia el estándar actual y la proyección de 2026, el pago será de 40,23 € brutos diarios (o la parte proporcional por hora trabajada).
  ​Alojamiento: El alojamiento en habitación privada es totalmente gratuito.

  ​Respect for the Creation Space: The workshop is a place of work. When you are not collaborating, we ask you to respect the silence and concentration if delicate work is in progress.
  ​Sleeping Hours: Although we don't have a strict curfew, we value rest. We maintain quiet and calm in the common areas after 11:00 PM (23:00), especially if we need to get up early the next day.
  ​Use of Tools: Safety comes first. The use of workshop tools is only allowed under my direct supervision and after receiving adequate training.
  ​Artist's Lifestyle: I live a life dedicated to my projects, which often require deep concentration and intense periods of work. We value proactivity and the ability to be autonomous and discreet when necessary, especially in the mornings, which are usually my most concentrated work time.
