Description
Hello lovely folks, we are looking forward to hear from those who'd like to come spend some time at our studio (minimum 2 weeks, long term preferred) and help us out with design, SEO, social media, AR/VR projects, marketing, and other tasks around our space like woodwork/building/fixing. We are open to accommodate as per your skillsets as well and build out from there, so do mention your skills and interests when you write to us :)
We are a design studio in the quaint hill station of Panchgani, India. We moved here from the busy city of Mumbai (pre-pandemic), after we realised we did not need to be there to do what we do! We are looking for creative minds to come participate in building up our space, contributing to our work and having some fun interacting together! In the blurring lines of real and virtual today, we are trying to bridge the gap and make things come together in a way that enables flexibility and collaboration on the move, without a compromise on work quality or the work-life balance. We want like-minded folks who share our vision to be a part of it and help us to create things that are beautiful inside out!Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We are looking to create an open space for creative dialogue, an exchange of ideas and world view and gaining an understanding of our cultural backgrounds to broaden our minds and those of our travellers. From our end, we would to our best to introduce the traveller to the life in the hills by understanding and interacting with the local community, events and crafts and connecting them to interesting people and initiatives in and around the area. In return we would like the traveller to help infuse their creativity in our projects, be a part of our team and simply have a good interaction!
Help
Though we are open to having people to contribute to our space and ecosystem in other ways as well, our primary need is for creative practitioners like graphic designers, illustrators, UX/UI designers, developers, etc. who can help us with our design work for clients. We also need help handling our social media and general brand presence online and we may also have some in-house projects, installations or events for which we could use help, depending on what's happening at the time. If we have extra room at the time, we are also open to someone conducting circus/flow arts/yoga or some other lessons for us and our team.
For those working on digital projects, we would need you to bring along your laptop or any other equipment required for the same. Finer details can be discussed over messages and we will try to accommodate as per your skills! Do write to us to discuss in more detail and send across some of your work- we would love to see it and talk about your interests and inspirations! We look forward to spending time with some like-minded folks and making new friends :)Languages spoken

The studio where you would be spending most of your time is a ground floor bungalow with a big hall, kitchen and conference room, with a covered porch overlooking the hills, a garden area to chill in and an open patch in the back. We have a separate living space in a quiet bungalow, 1.5 km away (walking distance) where you would be accommodated. A maximum of 2 people can be accommodated in one room on a twin-sharing basis. Please note that we would provide one meal (lunch) at the studio and for dinner/breakfast the traveler must arrange for their own at the accommodation, where there is a kitchen equipped with all the basic items. There is a food/tiffin service of Indian home-cooked food available as well at a very reasonable cost, or several restaurants to order from or visit if one chooses to.
What else ...
You could begin your day with a morning run on the beautiful table land, a walk amidst nature or even mountain biking if you like, then joining us at the studio, where we begin with work at 10 am. We can work out the hours as per your convenience, and our lunch break is at 1pm where we eat together, have coffee together in the evening by 4pm and then we wrap up by 6.30pm. After work is over, we may share a couple of beers at a cliff, go for a walk in the forest, play a game of table tennis, have an occasional bonfire or an impromptu music session! On the weekends we could go for treks, take out our raft in the dam or build and make interesting things when we feel like it. There is not much nightlife here, but if you are fond of nature, the hills and the forest, there is much to do! There are also some interesting initiatives in the area which you could check out, like an art village with tribal crafts, an organic farm with sustainable practices, a textile workshop of village women, a cheese factory, a village of books, some old temples and structures, etc. and we can always suggest other activities as per your interests :)

Thank you so much for welcoming me with open arms and an open mind.

The place itself is beautiful, a proper break from the hassle of the city: lots of nature and many opportunities for hiking and chilling around, and outside the town. Usually people from the studio organise trips and they gather together after work/in the weekends.
