Description
We are an organic farm on the small island -Fejoe- in the South of Denmark with 8 ha of orchards and production of anything that can be made out of apple juice: cider, vinegar, juice, icecream etc. We are looking for 2-4 persons to assist us in harvesting and processing the fruit in the autumn and to assist with the cellar work and the orchard work in the spring and early summer. If interested, you will learn how to make real cider and other apple produce.

PLEASE READ: Work in harvest time is hard, and often heavy work.
We collect apples manually, in every weather, every day, for 2 months.
Do except some long days, but fair amount of work,
We take a lot of cozy breaks as well (google: hygge)Languages spoken

We have a house with 3 separate bedrooms accommodating max. 5 persons, Two bathroom and a living room with a kitchen.
You will live with a person of you own gender unless you are a couple. who travel together.
We will make food together :)What else ...
The island is an amazing place. Its very isolated (being an island and all) and therefore there will be a lot of time to enjoy yourself. Around 500 people lives on the island, so its a good place to sing out loud with nobody hearing you, and to explore the beautiful nature around you.
Denmark is a bicycle country, and we will of course supply you with bikes so you can bicycle all around the island.A little more information

The work involved some cleaning, Apple picking (from trees, on ladders, with picking bags!) watching the production of organic applejuice, bottleing the juice and labelling & wrapping the bottles. It wasn't cider season just yet.
