Description
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and energetic person, or couple, to help us for 1-2 weeks on a property we have purchased in Castiglione del Lago. Tasks includes:
cleaning, mainly after contractors have been there, gardening - we are flexible, kind, generous and easy-going. You must be dog and cat lovers.
We have recently built a pool which will be operational soon.
We favour people with building and painting skills. There will also be some heavy lifting involved.

Gerard and I have lived in Europe for 11 years, after moving from Australia. We are very friendly and easy going and would prefer the same sort of person(s) to fit in with our family of 4 (two dogs). Gerard is a builder by trade.

Help
We have recently purchased a property in Castiglione del Lago and we are waiting for the builders to start renovating. Prior to it taking place, we need someone to help with cleaning of shutters, internal wall cleaning, gardening, wood stacking and general light maintenance.

Accommodation
We have an apartment in Passignano that you will stay in with us. Your own bedroom/bathroom. It is a 6 minute walk into the centre of Passignano where there are some lovely bars and restaurants. We can collect you from our local train station at Terontola-Cortona.
What else ...
We are living on Lake Trasimeno, the 4th largest lake in Italy. The train system is good and it is easy to get around by bike, which we are happy to provide.
