Sebastian stayed with me for almost 3 weeks, where he most of the time was alone with my house and animals. Sebastian is very tidy and organized. We only had a few days together, but he is friendly and easy to talk to. And we rented kayaks thanks to Sebastian having been in Norway before and had taken a course which made it possible to rent kayaks
… read more to paddle on the fjords! Sebastian also had alot of free time during the day, and I think he enjoyed the peace and quiet and was able to explore the area a bit.
Most of his responsibilities included taking care of the chickens and collecting eggs, taking my dog Alexa on daily walks and keeping her company. Also looking after my two cats, and keeping up with watering the plants in the greenhouse. He did a very good job! If he had any questions he did not hesitate to contact me while I was away. Sebastian is someone you can trust with leaving your house and animals with easily.
I would recommend Sebastian as a workaway guest! Anyone needing a housesitter would feel at ease having Sebastian look after you house.

My stay at Kjersti's place was perfect and just what I was looking for!
I stayed at her house while she was travelling through Norway. The daily tasks where mostly taking care of her animals, i.e. collecting eggs from the chickens, going for walks with her dog Alexa and looking after the two kittens. Then there was a bit of gardening here and

When the weather was good, I went on some longer hikes or drove into Skånevik with the bike.
Kjersti made sure that I had everything I needed and was available if I had questions.
When she was at home, it was always pleasant to talk to her. It was nice to hear stories from the area and even meeting friends. We also rented some kayaks and paddled around her house on the fjord.
Kjersti is a great host and shows a lot of trust in you, which made me feel at home very quickly. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn about gardening while spending time in a quiet place in the woods with some lovely animals. This workawayer has chosen to keep their profile private, but can be contacted regarding this feedback by other workawayers.

I was lucky to host Héloise for about one month this summer. I had a lovely time hosting her, she is outgoing and easy to talk to and get to know. She was a great helper with the animals, chickens, ducks, kittens, sheeps, dogs and also helped with daily tasks inside with cooking when I was at work. The time she spent here we built a greenhouse out

When I was at work she managed her own time and worked with either washing the house, painting the house, taking care of the animals, weeding etc. And of course we made a lot of ice cream! I also hope she wants to come back again! So anyone who wants to host Héloise is lucky I think, she can teach you how to make ice cream.

She is easygoing and always make sure you’re comfortable. She even introduces me to some of her friends and family and we had a great time. We made some ice cream, and it was THE best ice cream I had in my life. She makes her own bread and some awesome

We build a green house it was so much fun. I also paint the house and did some weeding and there are so many things to do. Most of the jobs are easy but time consuming and you can switch, so you don’t do the same things every day.
Her place is a little bit of paradise with the view on the mountains and the sea. The animals are so cute and sweet. I had a good time with the dogs Max and Queen Alexa. I will miss them, but I am already thinking of going back!
