    Description

We are a small and welcoming hostel that has been running for 9 years in the heart of Hiroshima. Our guests come from all over the world, creating a vibrant, international atmosphere.

Just a 5-minute walk from the world-famous Atomic Bomb Dome and easy access to Miyajima Island—both UNESCO World Heritage Sites—our hostel is perfectly located for exploring both the historical and natural beauty of the region.

You’ll have the chance to connect with guests from all over the world as well as local people in and around the hostel. Located in the heart of Hiroshima, our hostel offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the city’s history and witness its incredible recovery and vibrant present-day life.

Hiroshima is full of adventures! Explore beautiful small islands on the Seto Inland Sea, relax by its many rivers—even in the city center—or hike one of the numerous small mountains nearby. There’s always something new to discover in this fascinating city!

For those interested in language and culture, Hiroshima is also a great place to improve your Japanese. The city offers free Japanese classes two to three times a week, making it an ideal environment for anyone wanting to build their language skills while experiencing daily life in Japan.

While around 80% of our hostel guests are from overseas—so you'll have plenty of chances to use English—we ask our team members to always respect our Japanese guests by not forcing English on them. Instead, we encourage you to actively practice and use Japanese in those interactions. Naturally, this creates a great opportunity for immersive language learning in real-world settings.

    Our hostel is conveniently located:
2-minute walk to a grocery store
5-minute walk to Peace Memorial Park
7-minute walk to a traditional Sento (public bath)
     10-minute walk to downtown

All while being surrounded by friendly people, rich culture, and breathtaking scenery.

    ■ What We Value:
I want to work with people who are eager to actively engage with others and bring happiness to those around them—not just by being polite or offering good customer service, but by creating meaningful connections.

The heart of a hostel is the people—the bonds we create, the stories we share, and the memories we make together. If you share this passion for building connections, we’d love to welcome you to our team!

・Cleaning: Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire hostel, including toilets, showers, lounge, kitchen, and making beds.
・Reception: Assisting with check-ins, guest interactions, and providing a warm welcome.
・Content Creation: Writing travel blogs and posting on social media based on your own experiences. (At least 2 Instagram posts per week are required.)
・Event Support: Helping to organize events, such as "English Night" for locals.
・Guest Guidance: Learning and understanding basic information about our facilities, local recommendations, and access routes to provide accurate and helpful guidance to guests.

There will always be other staff in the hostel to support and guide you when needed.
If you’re SOCIAL AND SUPER SELF-MOTIVATED, we’d love to hear from you! 😊

This is not related to work, but more of a personal invitation—I’m part of a multilingual club here in Hiroshima, and if you're interested and available, I’d love for you to come along with me sometime!

Lately, we've also been exploring languages like Italian, Russian, Thai, Malay, Portuguese, Indonesian, Cantonese, Arabic, Hindi, Taiwanese, Turkish, Swedish, Swahili, Vietnamese, Mongolian... the list goes on!
It’s a very open and friendly group, and a great way to meet locals who share a love for language and culture!
