Easy going family on small hobby farm 10 mins drive to beach in Yolla, TAS, Australia

  Description

  We are a family of 5 . We live on a 35 acre hobby farm with beautiful views.. We have cows, chooks, ducks, rabbits and a pony and TRY to keep a vege garden. We are forever trying to keep up with all the jobs needed but can't seem to get them done before another need's attention. We have a neat and tidy equipped campa trailer close to main house for you to stay with a mattress and all necessary amenities available This is why we are hoping to get great kind friendly visitors to help us out while we look after their living needs. We don't like to upset anyone by asking people to leave because they aren't doing their part here so, please understand that we do require you to repay us with help we need done and you will certainly be given a safe comfortable please. We also love and want to learn about what others have learnt and learn a bit about other countries and cultural differences etc. We are only 20 mins from a main city of Burnie and 10 minutes' drive of where public transport, beach and shops are. We go to nearest little town a few times at least a week so we would be able to take you if needed at the times we go. Any questions please ask

  We hope to share and receive skills and knowledge about cultural living differences. We enjoy talking and laughter so we are happy to share anything that interests you if we can. We look forward to sharing knowledge and friendships.
  We are 10 mins from public transportation but are happy to take you when needed if not several times a day.

  Help

  We would love help with many things but not always all like tending to vege garden, fruit trees. Handy projects, small building projects, fence maintenance, cleaning inside and or outside, lawn care, weed management, small building maintenance, rubbish pickup, animal feeding/watering, moving animals to other paddocks on a little farm, collecting eggs, food prep.

  We request that you are able to communicate in english enough to be able to understand simple instructions and have basic conversations and would appreciate being sure of this before coming to stay.

  Accommodation

  We currently have a neat campa trailer available with clean bedding, Wi-Fi and access to laundry and bathroom. We will ensure you have food available and meals. We ask that persons keep their hands clean especially after bathroom and before eating if needed at house.

  What else ...

  We appreciate kindness and no unexpected visitors. There are children in and around our house and we appreciate respect for that especially. No drugs or excessive alcohol or noise to be had. If smoking only outside and no leaving butts around. Clean up after yourself and your pets always.
  Being timely, respectful and considerate of what we have is expected and we can all hopefully enjoy each others company.
  We expect to know some good and bad issues and concerns from you also.

  We have acreage so options depend on weather but we have enough easy access to parking for large vans or and trucks with trailers on our property.

  If the pet is not likely to hurt or chase my animals and is contained and cleaned up after often. Also important that the pet isn't noisy like a barking dog consistently barking.
