Description
The Silver Coast has a very good climate, as it's never freezing cold and rarely gets too hot. I love to be there during the winter too as there are many sunny days, and it's lovely to sit by the fire place. The property is half wild brush with many birds and other animals taking refuge here. The house is quite big and well-equipped. We have a little infrared sauna and a big pool (not heated). Sao Martinho do Porto is a five-minute drive and has a daily market going with fruit and veggies from local farmers. The bay is very famous for swimming and used to be called Lisbon's bathtub in the past.
I plan to make the mill inhabitable and have tiny houses. There are lots of garden tasks to do from pruning pine trees, weeding flower beds and brush cutting.
I would like to also do some sports like Padel tennis, hiking, swimming, etc. together. We can cook and bake and there is a daily market in town with fresh produce. I am looking for someone who is motivated, active and is responding to the opportunity to spend a great time and get things done.
I appreciate having fellowship while working together and talking about things in life that really matter. My goal is to create some synergy effect with you so I believe it's important that we fit to each other and that there is a good balance of giving and taking!Types of help and learning opportunities

I'm looking for some good company to work together in the garden and for property maintenance but also for cooking and taking hikes etc. There are Padel Tennis courts close by we could use or we could go to look at places in the area.
It's a very high quality place so I need you too be very clean and orderly! I am also a little sensitive to curse words and expect that you will do the agreed upon hours. Likewise I'll do my best to take good care of you!Languages

It's also a very good place with a lot of things to visit around the house
Really the pictures of the house and the surroundings doesn't do it justice, you have to go and see for yourself :)
