    Description

We run a tiny horse farm in a rural area outside Santiago, Chile’s capital city. We have 7 horses and 2 foals, ranging from newborn to 13 years old. You can enjoy working with well-trained horses, green young horses, or ground work with foals. Riding is bitless only, and you are free to practice either western or classical style.
We are a multicultural well traveled family running a small horse farm on 2.7 hectares, Languages spoken at home: Spanish & English and a bit of Dutch/German (and a little French).

On weekends, we sometimes host workshops with horses, such as complementary therapies based on Bert Hellinger´s Systemic Work, also known as family and organizational constellations.

We also keep chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, 6 pigs and 2 sheep.
We are located 1 hour from the beach and 1.5 hours from the Andes mountains. The climate is Mediterranean, with mild winters and long summers.
We are looking for proactive and autonomous volunteers.

We are a multicultural, well traveled family living in a rural area with local traditions but also close to Chile’s metropolitan area ( 50 mins drive) .
Professionally, working for an international conservation non-profit with focus in Southern Chile (Patagonia region)
Our place host monthly self-development workshops with a diversity of people attending. We use the systemic work created by Bert Hellinger (also known as family and organizational constellations), in this case assisted by horses.
Workawayers interested in exploring this approach, can be part of the sessions.
