    Description

We value effort, reliability, and practical mindset

Discover our ongoing development project focused on building, maintaining, and expanding a rural residential and garden space.

We are currently in a construction and development phase. This means the work is physical, practical, and sometimes demanding.

This is not a retreat, not a hospitality experience, and not a social volunteering project.

It is a working environment where contribution matters.

    - A unique workaway experience surrounded by nature, just a stone's throw from Asunción.
    - Cozy accommodation in our bungalow.
    - Fast internet for seamless remote work.
    - For your contributions and help, we offer on top of the accomodation and breakfast, a compensation per hour worked.

This is a real development project.

    It can be physically demanding
Weather can be hot and humid
Work may involve repetition and patience
Comfort is not the priority – progress is

If you enjoy building, working outdoors, and seeing tangible results, you will likely enjoy it here.

If you are unsure, you probably won’t.

If you are excited to contribute to our residential complex and have the in-demand skills, we would love to hear from you!

  • Help

    Help

We are looking for support in:

Garden work (clearing, planting, maintenance, soil work)
Construction support (basic building, mixing, carrying materials, assisting on-site)
    General manual labor
Outdoor physical tasks in tropical climate conditions
Maintenance of land, tools, and structures
Helping with ongoing building projects (houses, outdoor infrastructure)

Work is mostly outdoors, physical, and weather-dependent.

You should be comfortable working with your hands, under sun, heat, and sometimes repetitive physical tasks.

We have animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). You should not have allergies related to them.

    We value:
    - People with real hands-on work experience
    - Individuals who are physically fit and resilient
    - Reliable, self-directed workers
    - People who understand that projects require consistency, not motivation bursts
    - Practical thinkers (not just ideas or concepts)
    - Respect for tools, materials, and shared responsibility

Bonus if you have experience in:

    - Construction / carpentry / gardening / farming
    - Physical labor environments
    - Remote or rural living

Please do NOT apply if you are looking for:
    - A holiday or relaxed travel experience
    - Mostly social or cultural exchange
    - Light tasks or flexible working expectations
    - Content creation, digital nomad networking, or lifestyle work
    - Minimal effort roles
    - “Free accommodation in exchange for occasional help” mindset

If you avoid physical work, or need constant supervision, this is not suitable.

We are very direct about this because it saves everyone time.

We expect the volunteers to work 5 hours a day with 2 days off each week. We are really counting on you to respect that, because there is always something to do in our area!

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

Either a bungalow with modern furniture. It has everything you need, from the work table, to the kitchenette, to the bedroom, to cozy corners for creative thinking. There are air conditioners and fans. Or a private room with an outside private bathroom and shared kitchen with the volunteers in the bungalow.

AS we stated in our profile, we are a company (small, just the 2 of us). We provide the accommodation and the groceries for breakfast and we pay a fixed amount additional for lunch and dinner.

As we are a company, we look for people with skills of respect, sense of responsibility and independence. We do not cook for you.
