Description
About us:
We are a multicultural family living on a beautiful ranch in Chiapas, Mexico, surrounded by nature, animals, and open land. Our goal is to build a simple, conscious, and sustainable lifestyle, close to the earth and focused on family life.
We have three boys: our youngest is still a newborn baby, our middle child is two years old, and our oldest is seven. The children are growing up multilingual—we speak German, Russian, Spanish, and English in our daily life.
Our days have a natural rhythm. In the mornings, Adrián usually goes jogging with our oldest son and continues with a full workout afterwards. We also enjoy working with our hands—building, growing food, and creating a home step by step.
I regularly bake sourdough bread (at least once a week, often more), which is part of our lifestyle and also something we sell locally.
Our projects:
We are in an active building and growing phase, so there are many meaningful projects to be part of:
• Expanding our house (we work together with local builders, who may also appreciate extra helping hands)
• Building and improving a new chicken coop
• Restarting our greenhouse for growing food
• Constructing proper volunteer facilities (toilets and showers – materials are already prepared)
• Planning and building a future volunteer house (Bio construcción)
• General gardening and land work
• Animal care (chickens, pigs, goats)
This is a great place if you enjoy hands-on work and want to learn or improve practical skills.
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and grounded people who enjoy nature and are happy to be part of a family environment.
Experience in gardening, animals, or building is a big plus—but not required. What matters most is your attitude: willingness to help, to learn, and to take initiative.
You should feel comfortable around children and respect a calm and respectful family atmosphere, especially with a newborn in the home.

Help
gardening, animals & building projects
We are looking for help with daily life on our ranch. Tasks include gardening, feeding and caring for animals (chickens, pigs, goats), and supporting small building and maintenance projects.
We are currently expanding our house, building a new chicken coop, restarting our greenhouse, and preparing future volunteer facilities (toilets, showers, and a volunteer house).
You may also help with general tasks around the house or outdoor areas, and occasionally spend time with the children.

We enjoyed the time with them a lot.
They work hard and like to make their place a better one.
We will always be happy to welcome them again at our place!!
He is a very skilled worker
We enjoyed our time with him a lot and he is always welcome to come back!
He arrived on one day and left the other day without advicing to go to a rainbow gathering...
We would have used the space better for somebody else who really wanted to be here.
