Stay at a surfer's paradise in Sawtell, Australia

  Description

  My place is located in a small seaside Surf town called Sawtell, about 15 kms south of Coffs Harbour NSW. I live here with my 17 yr old son and Border Collie.
  Within a 5 minute walk is the beautiful Boambee Creek , perfect for exploring, swimming, canoeing, SUP, fishing, snorkelling. This connects with a Surf break called Trapdoors, better for the more experienced. But within a 10 minute drive is 5 other surf beaches , all with different styles of breaks.
  The beaches are long , quiet, and stunning, and the water beautifully warm and clear.
  Sawtell Town offers excellent cafes, resteraunts and pub. A close drive is Supermarkets and shopping center for all needs.
  The surrounding areas around Sawtell offer hiking, walking, waterfalls, supeb beaches and waterways.
  The locals are friendly and outgoing, the whole area has a relaxed vibe to it.

  I have travelled extensivelly to many different countries and have experienced so many amazing experiences along the way. I still love travelling and would love to hear ofnew and exciting travel destinations.
  The beach is across the road with many amazing places to explore and discover

  Help

  I have a pretty overgrown backyard and around my pool with weeds, vines and small trees. I will need the whole area pulled out and packed into the back of my ute. I also have a timber deck that needs its annual stain , on all the posts, rails, flooring ect, it will need a clean first. I also need various parts of my internal home re painted.

  2 queen size beds, full use of the kitchen, fridge , outside bbq, pool, laundry
  I work differnt shifts a day so wont always be able to be there for meal time but will provide everything that is needed for a meal or do provide a meal ready before I go to work. Travellers will have full access to my kitchen, fridge and pantry. When i am home I enjoy BBQ on the deck or cooking in the kitchen with everyone involved and chatting, with music in the background.

  What else ...

  So many beaches to either surf, ( i have a variety of boards which you can use) swim, explore, I have a 2 man canoe which you can use at the river inlet across the road, fishing gear, walking distance to coffe shops, pub and food.
  I am very relaxed , love the ocean , have a 10 yr old placid Border Collie called Sunny, enjoy everything the beautiful coast here has to offer
