Description
Were a small family, located in the Slocan Valley near Nelson BC. We have an organic farm , which provides 30 people a week with a box of vegetables. Were tucked away near a river, amongst the mountains.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
There's lots to learn in terms of growing veggies here, and homesteading. The area that surrounds us is filled with hiking, fishing, camping, canoeing. The town of Nelson is a cultural hub that has tons of music and great food.

On our small farm, there are many tasks to do. He humbly went to work and asked questions when needed. He also really helped us out in getting ready for winter, harvesting, small reno work and befriending our son. Many thanks Arley!
