Description
It is a project located in Mizata, a beautiful beach known for its consistent waves and excellent surfing. It's a small beach, just over 800 meters long, and it is located only 50 meters from the beach. There are few businesses on the beach, but they are very diverse, and you'll find a great neighbourhood atmosphere.
It is a personal project of mine, Rodolfo, an artist and owner. I've tried to create a space where the reuse of materials and respect for the environment are fundamental. The project is still in its early stages and under development, but it has been operating with clients for almost three years now. It's a space with art and future initiatives for the artistic development of the beach and to serve as a cultural hub.
It has six mid-range rooms, which are still affordable. Our clientele is primarily European, but we also have guests of all nationalities.
Currently two employees who mainly perform cleaning duties from Monday to Sunday. They prepare the rooms and clean the common areas, prepare breakfasts, and in a way also receive the clients between 8am and 5pm.
Es un proyecto ubicado en Mizata, hermosa playa conocida por sus olas constantes y buen surf es una playa pequeña de a penas mas de 800 metros. Y se encuentra ubicada a penas 50m de la playa. Somos pocos comercios en la playa pero muy variados y encontraras un muy buen ambiente de vecinos.
Es un proyecto personal de mi parte Rodolfo, artista y propietario, intente crear por mi parte un espacio donde la reutilizaron de materiales es fundamental y el respeto del medio ambiente. El proyecto esta aun comenzando y en desarrollo, pero operando con clientes desde hace casi 3 anos ya. Es un espacio con arte y con iniciativas a futuro de un desarrollo artístico de la playa y ejercer como un vector cultural.
Es un espacio que cuenta con 6 habitaciones de precio medio, aun siendo económico. Una clientela sobre todo europea principalmente pero donde todas nacionalidades se encuentran.
Cuenta actualmente con 2 empleados que principalmente se dedican a tareas de limpieza de lunes a domingo. La preparación de las habitaciones y limpieza de zonas comunes, preparación de desayunos y en cierta manera tambien realizan la recepcion de los clientes entre 8am y 5pm.

The cultural exchange is primarily through daily interactions with the staff, who speak little or no English. It's a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with the locals. It's an ideal place to practice Spanish while also interacting with various other nationalities of travellers.
El intercambio cultural es principalmente con el cotidiano con el personal, que no hablan o poco ingles. Es un ambiente familiar y muy cercano con los vecinos. Es un ligar ideal para practicar espanol pero manteniendo un intercambio con varias otras nacionalidades de pasaje.
Help
The needs are varied, but above all, quality control of the service offered. There are two local people working here, but only during daytime hours. I would like someone who can help us with reservations, scheduling and ensuring everything is in order.
Check-ins and check-outs are also needed, but since there are only a few rooms, it might take two or three hours of help per day. This would leave you with plenty of free time to enjoy this beautiful surf beach.
As the owner, I'm looking for someone to oversee the project since I'm often away, sometimes for several months at a time. I need someone who can ensure the tasks are done or help me when I'm here. There are several initiatives I'm looking to improve:
- General help
- Sustainable gardening
- Quality ensuring
- Assisting with reception, check-ins, and scheduling (We handle reservation management and acceptance ourselves)
- Social media content creation
- Developing some creative and cultural initiatives.
You don't have to cook or serve any food to guests. The roles are more about assisting, reception and caring for the property.
What we offer:
Comfortable accommodation, a private room on a beautiful surf beach. Very flexible hours. Perfect place to find some peace and quiet. Surfboards are available; we could discuss a small allowance for food expenses.
Las necesidades son varias, pero sobre todo un control de la calidad del servicio ofrecido, hay dos personas locales que trabajan aqui, pero únicamente en los horarios del dia. Quisiera una persona que pueda ayudarnos con la supervision de las reservas, agenda y verificación del buen orden. Check ins y check outs, pero son pocas habitaciones puede que tome dos o tres horas diarias de trabajo. Asi que tendrías mucho tiempo libre y aprovechar de esta linda playa de surf.
Yo como propietario estoy buscando un ojo en el proyecto ya que estoy muchas veces de viaje a veces varios meses afuera, alguien que pueda velar en que se realiza el trabajo o que me ayude cuando estoy aqui.

NO tienen que cocinar ni servir clientes ningún tipo de comida. Son mas roles de control y recepcion y de desarrollo del lugar.

Accommodation
Private room of approximately 9 square meters, decorated and comfortable, room service is included. A small allowance for food expenses can be provided. Laundry facilities are available, and we offer very flexible hours. Yes, breakfast can be provided 5 days a week. We can also provide some basic ingredients for cooking the other two meals.
Habitación privada de 9m cuadras aproximadamente, decorada y confortable, el servicio de la habitación estaría comprendido. Se le puede ofrecer una pequeña remuneración para gastos de alimentación. Hay lavandería y pues horarios muy flexibles.

What else ...
In their free time, they can surf, and there are transportation options to get around between the different beaches. A relaxed lifestyle is generally preferred, as our clientele is primarily surfers and they go to bed early. Yoga classes are available nearby. The sunsets are incredible; it's the best time to come out, when all the locals and businesses are out and about.
En su tiempo libre pueden surfear, hay opciones de transporte para movilizare entre las diversas playas.
En general se privilegia un modo de vida tranquilo, ya que nuestra clientela es principalmente de surf y duermen temprano.
Hay cursos de yoga cercanos. Los atardeceres son increíbles es el mejor momento en que salen todos los vecinos y comerciantes de la zona.
