Description
Hello! My name is Rodrigo, and I'm a Natural Resource Conservation Engineer. Since 2019, I've been focused on a family project, located in the Calbuco commune, southwest of the capital of the Los Lagos Region, Chile. At the garden, we enjoy growing food with organic fertilizers that we make ourselves, raising and restoring native chicken breeds, caring for, producing, and breeding honeybees, among other activities. The garden is located 1 km from the sea and is a peaceful and beautiful place to be :)
Hola! Mi nombre es Rodrigo soy Ingeniero en conservacion en recursos naturales y desde el año 2019 me he enfocado en un proyecto familiar llamado Huerto Agroecologico Las Cascads, ubicado en la comuna de Calbuco , al sur oeste de la capital de la Region de los Lagos,Chile. En el huerto nos gusta el cultivo de alimentos con abonos organicos que eleboramos, la crianza y recuperacion de gallinas de la raza nativa, el cuidado produccion y reproduccion de abejas meliferas , entre otras actividades. El huerto esta ubicado a 1 km del mar y es un lugar tranquilo y hermoso para estar :)

Together we will do tasks such as cooking, building, plant propagation, do projects in gardens and greenhouses, caring for and feeding both chickens and bees, reforestation, tidying, cleaning, etc.
Realizaremos juntxs tareas tales como cocinar, construir, propagacion de plantas, trabajo en huertos e invernaderos, cuidado y alimentacion tanto de gallinas y abejas, forestacion , ordenen , limpieza ,etc.

Accommodation
We have a cabin under construction to accommodate people who can help us. It has heating, a stove, a sink, tables and beds, etc. Regarding meals, we can prepare lunches together, including produce from our garden :)
Tenemos una cabaña en construccion para poder recibir a las personas que nos puedan ayudar, tiene calefaccion,estufa para cocinar, un lavaplatos, mesas cama, etc. Con respecto a la alimentacion podemos preparar juntos los almuerzos incluyendo los productos de nuestro huerto :)
What else ...
I live in a rural area where you need transportation to get to the main road. The sea is a few kilometers away, and the town of Calbuco is 14 kilometers away, which I visit once a week. My lifestyle is quite simple. During the week, I live alone. I like to jog, read in the mornings before starting my gardening, and in the evenings I like to read and write by a fire.
Vivo en un sector rural donde se necesita movilizacion para llegar a la carretera. Esta el mar a km y el pueblo de calbuco a 14 km, al cual viajo una vez a la semana.
Mi estilo de vida es bastante sencillo, durante la semana vivo en soledad , me gusta trotar, leer por las mañanas, antes de comenzar las tareas del huerto y en las noches me gusta leer y escribir acompañado por un fuego.
