Description
A farm on a regenerative mission. We are implementing permaculture principles in our community to foster a healthy and an in-balanced lifestyle close to nature. The house is a 4th generation farm transitioning to an energy independent site. Close to the beach, between the iconic Sintra and Ericeira, we like to practice a fun and through practices like yoga, surfing and trails. We grow part of our food, we catch food in the ocean and we love bonfires as a way to express ourselves. We are have 3 lovely cats, if you're allergic our house might not be the best workaway for you.
We are looking for someone (preferably a couple) to spend 1-2 months and help in the house tasks (such as: cleanning, cooking, content creation, depending on your skills and abilities) and in the garden (from garden maintenance to bio-construction and/or taking care of the animals . We are keen to offer accommodation, food and access to the organized activities.
Feel free to reach out if you’re interested spending 1-2 months in a farm in Sintra to learn and help us in transitioning towards an energy independent farm. We are pleased to share all the knowledge and lessons learned from the past 2 years.

Accommodation
Either a Double twin room with shared bathroom or a tent in the garden. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be provided upon request. The food will depend on the seasons and local availability.
