  Hello,we are mother and son living in the beautiful mountains of Aosta Valley. Our old stone house is situated in a pretty alpine village (1000mt altitude) over looking the Valleys,mountains, and hills.The view is magical and the peace assolute.20 min.drive to Aosta city and 30 to a good ski resort.It seems almost mandatory to have a car,if the volunteer want to visit the area and be indipendent,as the village is close to the house,but doesn't offer a lot of distractions, there are buses but they are few and far between. In Aosta valley there are a lots of castles and museum to visit, hiking and skiing are the most popular sports. We like to meet people from different countries and cultures and share our simple life in the mountains, we love growing our food...We've a large biological vegetables plot and also fruits trees. We also keep hens for eggs.A small dog and a cat live with us.⁷I make recycling crafts,jams,and sauces.I'm also very good to preserving and storing fresh products to make it through the winter months.We need some help in the garden ( weeding,harvesting,watering), dog sitting,some house cleaning.There is a guest room on the second floor,sharing kitchen and bathroom with us. We speak english, some french and spanish.At the moment we'll need a volunteer/ volunteers for August.

  We'll be very happy to teach our guests how to maintain a veggie garden and eat from it. I can teach italian, I did it in the past to foreign people.I hope the workawayers 'll enjoy the silence and the peace of the place and be in contact with nature.

  We need help in the garden, weeding,harvesting,watering etc. Sometimes take the dog for a walk,some house cleaning, store some woods.
