Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We love sharing our place with a wide range of other people and cultural exchange opportunities include events with other homeschool families, local environmental projects, garden workshops, crop-swaps (events where the local community all come together to share produce and knowledge), social events and family outings. We learn so much ourselves from having others staying with us.

Projects involving children
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.

Help
We are looking for help in our organic food forests and gardens. We will be doing tasks together alongside each other and sharing skills so no previous experience is necessary, but you will need at least moderate fitness. We are experienced gardeners and our interests include sustainable living, regenerative agriculture, permaculture, food forests, edible landscapes, seed saving, syntropic agroforestry, biodynamics and Maori organics (hua parakore). There will be lots of opportunity to learn and exchange knowledge and ideas,
