    Description

We are an Urban Farm in the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, BC CANADA! We are a No Dig demonstration garden focused on inspiring our neighbours to think about food security, soil health, diversity and growing as much food as possible in an urban environment. Our urban farm is a passion project, this is not our business at this time.
We have an extensive backyard garden that includes a 12 x 24 poly tunnel for season extension and a mix of perennials and annual food crops. We have also turned our front yard into a large food growing plot which allows us to interact with our busy street and create interest in our project.
We have received some funding through a local Neighbourhood Small Grant which has allowed us to start an Urban Free Pantry which allows us to share our excess produce with our neighbours and friends.
Having such a large garden and working full time makes the amount of effort required to make our space as fruitful as possible a challenge!
We would love to host a single or couple who are interested in learning and working with us to grow as much food as possible.
Open for 7-14 day stays, we have a spare room with a pullout couch and an attached half bath for privacy.
Please contact us and tell us a little about yourself and your interests to see if we are a match!
    Thank you very much!🌱
