Description
We are a Catholic and friendly Polish family living in the countryside, just one hour from Warsaw. We have four sons — two are university students living in Warsaw, and two younger boys (11 and 6 years old) who are full of energy and curiosity. Our home is large and comfortable, surrounded by peaceful fields and forests — a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.
The Workaway guest will have a private room and be treated as part of our family. Your main task will be to speak English with our younger boys and help them learn in a fun, natural way — through play, conversation, and daily life. You will also help us a bit with preparing meals. Having a driving license is a big plus, as you could occasionally use our car for small errands or short trips.
We’d love to host someone cheerful, patient, and open-minded who enjoys spending time with kids and sharing their culture. In free time you can explore, rest, or visit Warsaw on sundays. Come and join us for 3-4 weeks of learning, laughter, and peaceful countryside life!

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We are willing to arrange up to three visits in some of the various museums in the area. These include the Chopin Museum, Polin (Museum of Jewish History), the Warsaw Uprising Museum, Centrum Nauki Kopernika (Interactive Science Museum), and any other nearby places a visitor might be interested in.
If a visitor is interested in art, we can also recommend plenty of galleries, concerts, or other events occuring in Warsaw.
On Sundays, we can also help organize short excursions to nearby regions.
We are very family-focused and our traveller would have the opportunity to meet many of our family and friends. We are also religious which gives the visitor an opportunity to see how a typical Catholic Polish family lives.
