Description
In the past ten years we have hosted over one hundred and twenty Workawayers! They have helped with demolition, landscaping, turfing, bush work and painting.
The property needs some tending of the garden and lawns and the house needs a clean and touch up from top to bottom. We would welcome some help from active and enthusiastic people. Couples welcomed or singles too.
We have plenty of wildlife around the property - wallabies, possums, bandicoots, bush turkeys, rabbits and lots of sulphur crested cockatoos, rainbow lorikeets, king parrots and other colourful birds.
Our location is Bayview near Mona Vale in the beautiful Northern Beaches area of Sydney. The centre of Sydney is an hour by local bus from Mona Vale.
We are only a short trip to several surfing beaches and also the quiet waters of the Pittwater inlet, a great place for sailing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding.
We have unlimited internet.
Average stay is about two weeks!
We expect 20-25 hours work for one weeks food and accommodation.
NON Smokers only please.
We do have a dog.
