We are operate all thought the year ,
hotel and kitesurfing school set on a spacious 2.5-acre property. Our dedicated team of 6 full time time staff and two part time members.

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video, photo carousels, Reels, and Stories.
Write punchy captions, blog posts, and newsletter copy that match our “laid-back pro” tone.
3. Video creation
Experience in creating story telling via video or short form video
4 Wall Art Creating murals
Design a mural that makes volunteers, guests, and staff pause for a breath.
Paint it onto our café wall or another spot that begs for colour.
5.Sustainability Nerd‑Out
Review our existing eco‑practices (mangrove planting, waste sorting, solar).
Draft clear SOPs, then teach our team how to stick to them when things get busy.
6. Yoga teacher dec to march
Learn Kitesurfing – While kitesurfing lessons and equipment rentals aren’t covered through volunteering, we’re happy to offer discounted rates at our kite school during kite season! Stay for at least 4 weeks, and the discount applies after your first 2 weeks. Please keep this in mind to avoid any misunderstandings

When you arrive, you’ll meet with me to discuss your tasks, and you’ll report your progress to me or the manager.
Note:
- Previous workaway experience considered an advantage

My job was to photograph the many rooms and the resort.
It was pretty quiet as out of season but the staff are really friendly , a couple of other volunteers that were great too.
