  I'm a musician and freelance software developer. I live in a 1+1 apartment. I'd like to rent my room and it would be great if I have a helping hand or two with preparing the room for the guests, checking-in and out etc. General help around the apartment, cooking, cleaning, dishes etc... I'm looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful, and helpful.

  It's a traditional Turkish apartment complex. The area is not a tourist attraction, it's a residential area.

  The help required includes cooking, cleaning (dustpan broom, mopping, dishes), preparing the rooms for the guests (cleaning dirty sheets/towels, tidying up), welcoming guests (check-in check-out), there maybe improvements in the house (rearranging furnitures etc...)
  
  I'm learning French, so practicing French is another help I can get.
  
  The house is a 1+1, and has 1 bathroom only, kitchen and living room is together, no balcony but the apartment complex has a large garden and seating areas..
  
  No dishwasher, no washer, no fridge currently.

  The apartment is in Biga, which is a city in Çanakkale Province in the Marmara region of Turkey. It is located on the Biga River, 90 kilometres northeast from Çanakkale city centre. It is the seat of Biga District. Its population is 57,125. There are lots of parks. Seasides are ~30 minutes drive by car.
