We are a Belgium family of 4, living in Spain in a beautiful villa on the mountain overlooking the valley. We have a lot of dreams to make chances to our house but not so much time so we are looking for handy people how like to stay with us and do some renovation work.

Additionally, travellers will experience life in a more rural, tranquil setting, giving them a chance to connect with nature and understand the slower pace of life that characterizes the area. They can also learn about the local traditions, cuisine, and outdoor activities, and perhaps even pick up some language skills along the way.
This cultural exchange offers a blend of practical knowledge, personal growth, and a deeper appreciation for the local way of life, all while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and a strong sense of community.
Help
We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to assist us with a variety of small renovation projects at our villa. The work includes tasks such as painting, plastering, building a custom wardrobe, modifying a bathroom, constructing an outdoor kitchen, repointing a terrace, and reinstalling a pump in a well.
If you have experience with microcement, that would be a huge advantage! We are planning to apply microcement to a section of the terrace, so having someone with knowledge in this area would be extremely helpful.
Please note that we live outside the village, and our location is not easily accessible without transportation. Therefore, having your own car is essential to reach us and move around comfortably.

Accommodation
In exchange for your help, we offer accommodation in a spacious, fully equipped tent with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, making it perfect for individuals, couples, or small groups. The tent also includes a private bathroom and a small kitchen that is fully equipped for your stay.
The tent is completely separate from our own living area, ensuring that both you and we have the necessary privacy. With stunning views and a peaceful environment, it’s the ideal place to relax after a productive day.
In your free time, you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. It’s a perfect balance of rewarding work and serene living, offering you a peaceful escape from the busyness of daily life.

Parcent is a lively village in the beautiful Valle del Pop! There is something for everyone! Hiking in the mountains or between the vineyards, cycling, yoga, swimming, wine tasting, flea market, market, restaurants,... We are also not far from the coast with many nice beaches and towns to discover. There is a bus that goes from the village to the coast but a car is more convenient if you want to explore the small beaches. On the coast there are many water activities such as sub, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling,.... and also many nice beach bars where we can show you the way. ideal place to enjoy both the tranquility of the village and the sea!
