UPDATE from June 20st:

For this position we are looking for 25 hrs/week in exchange for Room and Board. We also welcome Couples or Friends who are traveling together

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
This exchange goes far beyond “work hours”.
We love sharing knowledge, skills and everyday life.
Along the way, you can take part in and learn about:
• plants, gardening and outdoor projects
• chicken care and daily routines
• basic DIY skills and tool handling
• art classes and creative workshops
• yoga and meditation (optional, informal)
• cooking together and sharing food traditions
• Ibizan culture and island life, experienced naturally through living here -
Help
(mostly outdoors)
After winter and the sandstorms, we’re refreshing and improving the place.
Tasks include:
• gardening & outdoor clean-up
• creating and reorganising planting areas
• caring for aloe vera plants and garden beds
• rebuilding and setting up a vegetable garden
• small DIY projects (garden house, tool shed, organising spaces)
• light support around the chicken house
We have lots of tools and a local experienced handyman on site who can guide and support all projects. -

Accommodation
Our setup is mainly suited for travellers with their own camper van.
There is the possibility of a shared room inside the house, but this is not guaranteed and depends on the overall situation at the time. Please enquire.
For that reason, we’re especially happy to hear from couples or friends travelling together, as it helps us use the space in the best way.
We can offer 2–3 van spots on our private land (depending on timing and rotation), with access to bathrooms and showers.
That said, if this exchange feels right for you, please still reach out.
We prefer an open conversation over strict boxes, and we’re happy to see what’s possible. -
