We are a bespoke tour agency based in Cusco, Peru. We provide treking packages from day trips to 5 day hikes in the Andes, yoga retreats, Jungle Expeditions and much more. We tailor each packages to suit the needs of every individual tourist. We are a dynamic, fun and modern agency.
We currently employ 3 chefs, 4 porters, 3 permanent guides and around 8 freelance guides, 4 office staff, 3 drivers and 1 office manager.
For the office we are flexible with their hours and days as long as there is appropriate cover. We also don't require them to be in the office every day as long as they can document their work with us.
I am from Scotland and the head of Customer Experience and I run the operations with my partner Benjamin who is the owner of the business and native to Cusco.

We will provide an exciting and educational exchange and experience. You will have the opportunity to come along on our trips around Cusco and the Sacred Valley and experience the local culture. We have partnerships with local communities that you can stay with and learn about the coffee farming in Santa Teresa, Textiles in Pisac and Chinchero as well as the local tourism industry and the massive importance this has to the local economy. We have partnerships with local charities and schools projects where you will be able to spend time.
As we are Spanish and English speaking you will be able to establish or further your language skills. We will take you to order food in markets, restaurants and hold conversations with colleagues and locals in different situations.
We will also take you on a 4 day trek to Machu Picchu either via the Salkantay Pass which is an extremely spirtiual experince or via the Inca Jungle route. These will be a journey like no other.
We are looking for workawayers who are experienced with SEO and social media marketing. We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are self starting and excited to help out.
We will pay for Hostel accomodation for the duration of the workawayers stay in Cusco (as long as they are helping us). We think a Hostel experience will allow workawayers to meet like-minded travellers and gives them a lot more freedom. The Hostels are also in a central location which means easy access to shops, cafes, museums, markets, transport and much more. We can discuss whether the worker prefers private or communal accomodation.
We will provide a weekly allowance for food. This will give the workawayer a chance to experience all the different type of restaurants, cafes, markets and food carts Cusco has to offer. We also do weekly lunches in the office where we bring in a different cuisine. The worker will also be able to spend time with our families experience home cooked meals and traditional food.
Cusco is a small but vibrant city with an abundance of things to do and see. Some free and some for a small cost. It is easy to navigate around and in a short 35 minutes you can be in the Sacred Valley. The night life is Cusco is also like no other and you can enjoy amazing street food, museums, yoga classes, walking tours, hiking and music shows.
