Description
Hi, I'm Palma and I run a small hotel/eco lodge along with 10 friends as staff.
We are a company that has as main goal to be in touch with nature and adventure; we are just a big family having a good time. Our adventures can go from hiking, kayaking to river raffting and free flying. You will definitely learn how to do must of these activities, you will guide your clients and help them coming out of their comfort zone.
We hope to bring you amazing set of skills and help you be as adventurous as you can be.
We are pretty much in the middle of nature and right in the mecca of flying, we are located close to a town called Valle de Bravo (a beautiful typical Mexican town with a lake and beautiful mountains), where you could hang out on your days off.
We currently have 3 wooden tree houses, 2 main cabins, some glampings and a restaurant bar where we host every night a bunfire, chill music and great after adventures vibes where you and the pilots will become great friends. At the end, we are a platform of adventures that includes accomodation and a great cuisine.

You will be hanging out with the best hanggliding and paragliding pilots from all over the world, so the free flying world will open its doors to you... and who knows, you might even become a pilot yourself.
You will have the opportunity to become close friends with our guest, share your culture and learn about theirs.
Also you will be able to learn from 20+ outdoor activities and extreme sports.
Help
We are looking for easy going people with good sense of humor to help us guide our guests through our different adventures.
Getting dirty during the outdoor activities is a must. It would be awesome if you have any special set of skills that you would like to teach us and share them with our guests, such as slackline, yoga, dance, etc.
What we value the most is that you are willing to learn and master new skills and have fun while doing it!

Accommodation
We have a shared cabin, but you will get your own room. You will receive three meals a day
Sometimes, we are fully booked, including the shared cabin. In that case we will give you a provisional accomodation or you might need to share your room with another team member.3 meals a day will be provided.
What else ...
We are sure that you will love this place, won't even want to leave. But if you do, Mexico City is only 2 hours away, and is most of other popular towns, beaches and cities are really close by. You can reach these destinations by a cheap bus.
