Description
Welcome to our little paradise in Pichilemu
We are two traveling souls who spend part of the year exploring the world and the rest enjoying our beautiful home close to the ocean, nature, and good waves.
Annalena is Austrian, a flutist and music/German teacher, as well as an experienced workawayer. Simon is Chilean, working with fruits while also loving ceramics, building projects, gardening, and surfing. Together we enjoy a simple lifestyle connected to nature, music, creativity, and good company.
We both love surfing and bonfires in the garden with jam sessions and Chilean asados. Our home is a calm and welcoming place where people can relax, connect, and enjoy the unique vibe of Pichilemu with its beaches, surf culture, sunsets, and nature.
We also share the house with our three baby cats - Findus, Pippi & Chico Terry - who bring lots of fun and kuddle to our daily life 🐾
We enjoy meeting open-minded travelers, sharing stories, cultures, music, food, and experiences together.
Languages spoken: Spanish, English, German & a little French.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Cultural exchange is an important part of staying with us, and we enjoy sharing experiences in a relaxed way.
We can go surfing together, attend concerts and local events in Pichilemu, and make music at home or around the bonfire. There is also the possibility to join a local drum group or a vocal improvisation workshop. You are also welcome to listen in when band rehearsals take place in our house.
We are happy to share our skills in music, gardening, DIY projects, and Chilean everyday life, and we are always curious to learn about your culture, language, food, and music as well 🌍
Help
We are looking for friendly and motivated people who enjoy nature, simple living, and hands-on projects around the house and garden.
The help mainly includes gardening tasks like weeding, planting, watering, and taking care of our plants and outdoor spaces. There are also small projects in and around the house such as painting, organizing, cleaning outdoor areas, helping with decoration, simple building or creative DIY projects depending on the season.
The work is very relaxed and usually only around 2–3 hours x 5 days , leaving plenty of free time to enjoy Pichilemu, go surfing, explore nature, or simply relax.
No special skills are required - mostly a positive attitude, motivation, and enjoying working outdoors and with your hands 🌱
