  Hello, my name is Maryse, I live alone in a large house with a cat. I love nature, I live in a small village in the Dordogne near Bergerac. I am looking to welcome volunteers to help me with DIY, gardening and general house maintenance in exchange for room and board. I have an independent part of the house for visitors, you will be in a quiet and soothing corner. I live near a tourist area where you can discover all the charm of Périgord. I have family around and grown-up children who live in Paris and St Etienne. I am doing this to meet young people and exchange know-how in a good mood.
  
  Bonjour, je m'appelle Maryse, je vis seule dans une grande maison avec un chat. J'aime la nature, j'habite un petit village de Dordogne près de Bergerac. Je cherche à accueillir des volontaires pour m'aider à faire du bricolage, du jardinage et de l'entretien général de la maison en échange du gîte et du couvert. J'ai une partie de la maison indépendante pour les visiteurs, vous serez dans un coin tranquille et apaisant. J'habite près d'une zone touristique ou vous pourrez découvrir tout le charme du Périgord.
  J'ai de la famille autour et des grands enfants qui habitent Paris et St Etienne.
  Je fais cette démarche pour rencontrer des jeunes et échanger des savoirs faire dans la bonne humeur.

  Help

  You could mow the lawn, pull out the overgrown grass, prune, till the tiller, plant vegetables, water the plants, look after the house while I'm gone, take care of the cat, tidy the garage. I would also like some help with computers from time to time. We can do things together when I'm here.
  
  Vous pourriez tondre la pelouse, arracher l'herbe envahissante, tailler, passer le motoculteur, planter des légumes, arroser les plantes, garder la maison pendant mon absence, s'occuper du chat, ranger le garage. Je veux bien aussi de l'aide avec l'informatique de temps en temps.
  Nous pourrons faire des choses ensembles quand je suis là.

  House with 2 bedrooms with reversible air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed. It is a terraced and independent house with terrace and parking. I can prepare the meal for you or leave you the ingredients to cook for you when I am away.
  
  Maison avec 2 chambres avec clim réversible et 2 salles de bain, une cuisine équipée et salon avec canapé lit. C'est une maison mitoyenne et indépendante avec terrasse et parking.
  Je peux vous préparer le repas ou vous laisser les ingrédients pour vous faire à manger quand je serai absente.

  I live in the village, there are shops, the bank, the post office, a doctor and a pharmacy, within walking distance. Some entertainment from time to time in the village; concert, theater, meals, garage sale, parties, Thursday and Saturday morning market Bergerac is 20 minutes by car, St Emilion 1 hour, Sarlat, Lascaux and Bordeaux 1h30 by car
  
  J'habite dans le village, il y a des commerces, la banque, la poste, un médecin et une pharmacie, accessibles à pied.
  Quelques animations de temps en temps dans village ; concert, théâtre, repas, vide grenier, fêtes, marché du jeudi et samedi matin
  Bergerac se trouve à 20mn en voiture, St Emilion 1h, Sarlat, Lascaux et Bordeaux 1h30 en voiture
