    Description

Welcome to the world of gold scarred hearts – a rare set of patchwork souls, each sewn together with a million unique stories, gifts, dreams, and skills. This is home to the wild ones, and there is a wild gritty adventure unfolding here in Căprioara (we’re only on the first chapter!) This is a wild story for wild hearts.

Our goal is to create a model for social enterprise that effectively supports the sustainable development of these local communities we are so passionate about.
We hope to subsequently encourage the engagement of other young people in this pursuit.
By increasing city wide awareness of the importance of clean local products, we hope to support the local producers and small farmers, whose access to markets it is currently very limited or non-existent.
It is extremely important to help people truly see how great of an impact they can have on their own and neighbouring communities simply by visiting, buying rural products, attending events, consuming local produce and being a part of conservation projects.
We want to create conditions for the villager’s goods to reach restaurants and local markets where the concept of "Eat Local” is encouraged, where quality becomes more important than quantity. Our goal is to strengthen this link between urban and rural, a link that is becoming increasingly fragile. The demand for natural, even organic or BIO products is growing, consumers start to become more and more aware of the importance of the food’s source. Ultimately this will encourage local farmers to hold themselves accountable to safe ecological practices.
Through responsible rural tourism we will add value to our project. This will create a direct and indirect economic impact on the community. Our direct involvement will be about creating jobs and encouraging tourists to experience the close to nature village life by attending cultural and culinary events. The guests can buy products directly from the source which is the indirect economic impact on the local community.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Every traveller will have the opportunity to visit the area. They are going to be part of our family, so we will go on trips together. This includes trips on bikes, hiking in the forests that surrounds our village, by boat on Mures river or by car to the nearest cultural visiting points.
The area itself is extremely rich, nature wise, history and cultural wise. So we are going to give the opportunity for at least one trip/week to visit the area (the royal region, the natural reservation, etc).
