Two dogs sit side by side on a balcony, gazing out at lush green trees, framed by an open doorway with sunlight gently illuminating them.

A person climbs up to an open window where another person sits with two dogs. Bright sunlight casts strong shadows on the white exterior wall. Playful moment.

    Description

We are Claire, her daughter Louanne and her son Tiago. And our dogs Rayo and Alma.
We live on the countryside, 20 min from the city Tours. In the region Centre Val de Loire.

We need from the workawayer•s to take care of the dogs, which means feed them and making sure there is always water, taking them on long walks, runs, playful times at least 3-4 hours a day. You will have to need to be comfortable to have them off leash (we prefer it that way).
And house sit as well, keep the house clean and nice.

Our house is situated between the village Esvres and Chambray-Lès-Tours. It is 2km away from La forêt de Larçay and Le Bois des Hâtes. (Common place were we walk our dogs.
The house is 2 stories and very fresh during the summer time.

Our dogs are Rayo 7y/o and Alma 5y/o.

    They live inside the house.
Alma, means Soul in Spanish, is tricolor, black, brown and white
She is the youngest, is playful, looves to run, I think the fastest she goes is 50km/h.
Alma is learning to gard from Rayo.

Rayo, means Lightning in Spanish. Is black with a white Lightning on his torso.
He gets more tired than Alma, but the like the same activities. He really enjoy to eat grass and sometimes does it to stay longer in the park.
Rayo is the gardian of the house, so nothing goes unnoticed.

They like to humt, especially squirrels in this time of year and they can spend quite some time barking and trying to climb the tree. Even though they never succeed.
    They are caring, loving .
They come back quickly and always keep an eye on where you are. Wich you will have to do too.

Not far from our house you will find the river La Loire, well known for her currents, her perfect temperature when the day gets too hot. And for being the longest river in France (1.012km long).

And of course you have Les Châteaux de La Loire. Which are the castles from the French Renaissance.

You will have a bike and a car at you disposal.
