    Description

We are La Ferme à l'Envers.. the upside down farm!

Our certified organic farm is 60km north of Toulouse and just 10km from the nearest city, Montauban.

We are Katrina and Guillaume, an international couple (Canadian and French) and we are living our farm dream. We have a daughter Kalie, three cats, four, five, six (adorable) pigs, a flock of hens, and a couple hectares of gardens that keep us not only busy but highly entertained :)

We produce a diverse range of veggies all year round. Come in the spring and enjoy the sugar snap peas, fresh salads, green garlic and the first courgettes! Come in the summer and enjoy the bounty of tomatoes, eggplants and peppers. Come in the fall to get the crisp greens and the plethora of squash, carrots and potatoes !

Our farm employs two part-time workers during our busy season from April to September.

The farm itself is a living entity, growing and changing over the years and with the seasons, evolving with the contributions of all the wonderful volunteers we have coming by..

Workawayers are welcome to take part in our daily life on the farm. Weather you prefer helping indoors or out in the fields; transforming seeds into food is delicious and satisfying work!

Sharing knowledge, culture and recipes is what makes the farm come alive and what makes the work we do make sense.

Every summer we enjoy canning and preserving our summer harvests and we are happy to teach this valuable skill !

Market is a great opportunity to connect with locals, practice your language skills and get a chance to see the city.

The farm is 100% bilingual English and French, plus Spanish and Finnish are understood and spoken.
