Hi, \nOur family is restoring a piece of history by our own hands, the last pre-war owner was Heinrich Gottfried. In 1945 The palace was occupied by the Red Army, and after it by the State Farm, In later years the palace rooms were transformed into apartments, destroying the stylish features of the interior, our mission is bringing the palace back to life, any help counts.
DIY and building projects
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.
The palace was built in 1727, it was over 250 years ago, helping us restoring the palace means that you will learn alot about the German- Polish history, you will understand the history of this place and the people who owned the palace for generations, you will see unique architecture, something pure, something that people built with their own hands with no help of machines.
What kind of help do we need ? well, Any help would be appreciated, it would be really great to host physically strong people, who would enjoy working at the historic park, people who knows how to renovate old moldings, floors, doors, sculptures, plasters, wall paitings etc.\nWe are renovating the entire palace which means that there is alot of work to do in the interior, one thing is for sure, helping us restoring the palace means, that youre helping us creating a new chapter in history.
