Nao stayed with us almost 3 months in the summer time. I even don't know how it all passed so fast. We got along together well and peaceful. Nao is so humble, open hearted and kind person.
Nao was motivated to help in any task and learned quickly. She helped me to plaster with clay the walls of the tiny house and with time she became a master of

She engaged in everyday home works without even asking her. That was so kind. A big relieve for a solo mother taking care normally on her own about all those tasks.
Nao gives lot of love and attention to the pets. Our dog has never before had so good fur care!
Nao was also a great company for our little trips with the friends f.ex. to the local festivals, concerts, recreation activities. She is super natural and can addapt in many situations.
I was impressed how much she improved her English skills during her stay. At the end of her stay we could communicate easily. I also admire our little Japanese-Polish language exchange and learning about her country and culture.
Nao we miss you. You are always welcome to visit us <3

I built the earth walls of her tiny house. I collected soil from the garden and mixed it with water and straw to make the walls. Sometimes I worked alone, and other times with neighbors. She and her friends are all very kind. We occasionally went out to enjoy fun music events, and on weekends we rode boats with her kids in the river. The days I

Besides building the tiny house, I also did tasks like laundry, cleaning, cooking, and other household chores. But none of these were things I was required to do—I simply enjoy cooking and cleaning, so I did them naturally. We got along well and shared daily life in a very natural way.
There are many horses behind her house, and I always enjoyed spending time with them and communicating with them. In the forest, there are deer, and I often went for walks with her dog Bombel. The two sibling cats are also super friendly and adorable.
If you love animals, her place is perfect for you. I definitely recommend visiting her place.
Thank you for everything, Olga!

I only stayed for about 2 weeks, but there still were a good variety of things to do from which I specially liked the clay plastering.

What can I say about Fiona, well she is everything and more than her profile has stated.!! Very pleasant experience to work as part of small two, or three person team. Although quiet at first, she brought a wealth of knowledge nd shine to the house and garden sorrundings. At times also worked individually, very concentrated to complete her task .

Olga is a super friendly and welcoming person. From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable. The kids are very nice and easy going! I mostly helped with the air bnb house, but a few times I also cooked and looked after the kids. In my opinion the work was not too hard. We had such an incredible first-time workaway experience with Olga and Filip at their home in Nowina. They made us feel just like family. Work was from 9 am - 3 pm with a nice lunch break and we enjoyed tasty vegetarian meals prepared by them and ourselves. We stayed in the trailer by the kitchen, which was private and comfortable.
The majority
… read more of our work was making and applying mud (sand, clay, water, and straw) to the straw bales in their home (like plastering). We also helped out a small amount with cooking. It was relaxing work.
The community in their town was amazing. We would take walks around and saw incredible nature. Though there wasn't any internet set up at their house, we were able to go to their neighbor's house next door who kindly offered up his internet to us after work.
We met incredible people during this time. Their friends would stop by to say hi and have tea. They'd bring us fresh fruits and veggies. Additionally, Filip would wake up early in the morning and buy fresh milk from the a neighbor with a cow. It was really cool.
I would recommend this workaway for anyone who wishes to help build and live in an eco-friendly village and get to know a marvelous family. We enjoyed our time with them greatly.
And based on this workaway experience, we look forward to doing many more. You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

I had an incredible experience here! I learned a lot about straw-clay houses and met interesting people almost every day, from whom I also learned a lot. They all treated me as if I was one more of the family and made me feel like I was, which I truely appreciate. And not just the people is great, also the nature around!
It makes me really happy

Living in a village and in a tent for a week was a completely different experience for me. I come from a city wanting to try something new and enjoyed my stay in Nowina. My stay was short but learned about straw bale technology and living with minimalistic needs. Olga and Filip were great host and made me feel at home.
