The house have a short individual room reserved for a volunteer, pet lover who take care of 3 cats and one dogs, that live with me. Minimal time required is one month, for single person.     400 megas wifi works well in the whole house. Consider that when internet fails down, in can't support you inmediately so is nice if you get a data backup.
