Description
We're a small hostel in the vibrant colonial town of León, Nicaragua. We strive to be a home away from home for travelers from all over the world. We want them to be part of the Tortuga family - our Nicaraguan staff and management. Although we are not a party hostel, we offer guests a number of daytime and evening activities. These include volcano boarding, hikes, trips to a crater lake, beach trips, Salsa lessons and BBQ nights, to mention but a few.

This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the hostel universe and to brush up your Spanish as you will interact with our local staff and partner organizations.
Help
As our volunteer, you will help promote hostel events and activities. You will interact with guests, provide them with information about tours and activities and motivate them to participate. We have a few evening activities (in and outside the hostel) that include a quiz night and bbq night. Your task is to animate guests to participate and make sure they have a good time.
